A few things to note are:

• "Verified" icon on the apartment listing means that we have been to this apartment, and that what you see on its photographs is what you will get when book it.
• When you submit the Book form on the apartment, we contact the apartment owner, ask him if the apartment is available for the dates you stated. If it is, we go to check the apartment. We make sure that the apartment owner has provided us with valid information and only then we advise you to proceed with the payment.
• Apartment owner may or may not provide a discount, depending on the number of days of rent. If a discount is given, it is given on all days of your stay.
• A studio apartment/flat is an apartment with one room for sleeping and living, a bathroom and a kitchen.
